Login prompt when opening a KM document

Hi,

users are automatically logged in to our portal with their windows user. Starting today, users are asked to enter their credentials again trying to download a document from KM even though they have read permissions or higher for the specific folder. After entering the credentials the download is possible, but I wonder why the login is necessary at all... Does anyone have an idea?

Could it be possible that someone changed the iView property: "Authentication Scheme" ?

Well, obviously there is already a SAP note for this problem. An update for MS Office is necessary
