How to do Partial Confirmation for PP-PI

Hi ,

I am able to do material issue for the partial confirmation. But i am not getting solution about how to do goods receipt for partial confirmation in the PP-PI ? .

In PI sheet instead of simple request...you make it as repated requst for GR message cat. This will solve your problem.

Hy Abhi,

In PI sheet you can not do GR with reference to Confirmation.

But you can do Partial GR.

This similar what you have to do for GI.Difference is you have to use different Process Massage Category.

And the category is PI_PROD.

Rest of the settings are similler to that.

Create one Characterstic say ZPPPI_Goods_Receipt,

Data Type Charcter,

Then go to Value scree,

Value         Value Description
   1             partial
   2             Complte

Then use below characterstic with values in your PI catagory.

PPPI_INPUT_Request         Goods Receipt
PPPI_Variable                       Y
PPPI_Requsted_value         ZPPPI_Goods_Receipt
PPPI_Commmand              Close Table Row
PPPI_Action                      Excute
PPPI_Formula                    Y=Partial
