Link between configurable BOM and characteristic values

Hi Experts,

I need help in the area configuration profile

Our users create a project through VA21.Then they copy this project to a new project. When they modify a BOM in new project by removing a material and adding another material, the originally configuration values are used to configure it, the user is not given the opportunity to enter his own configuration values.

How is it possible to break the link between the project configurable BOM and the copied characteristic

values.

Hi All,

Configuration data was taken from Superior network. Is there any way (either standard configs or user exists) can we delink configuration data from superior network
