Benefit Plan Termination date

Hi

When we terminate an employee, for Benefit Plans termination a small window "Possible Subsequent Activities" pop-up where one can select the plans for termination. The issue is, the termination date defaults to one date prior to the hire date of the employee, and this leads to many errors in the termination of plans. This date comes from MP017100.

I was wondering if there is any way to default this day to the termination date of the employee. we use termination date in IT0041.

Any helping suggestion would be apppreciated and rewared.

The day prior to HIRE date ? Are you sure?

Yes,

It's Prior to HIRE date or you can say prior to BEGDA of IT0171. Here is what I found in module FILL_DATES.

if q0171-trkdt is initial.

q0171-trkdt = p0171-begda - 1.

endif.

I am wondering if anybody has had this situation before. I would like to default this q0171-trkdt to default to either end of month, or the termination date.
