Hi,
Can you please help me in changing wortem text for Task TS00008267 in workflow.
This is task is standard for User decision.I want to add my own text and insert my own variables.

if you want to change work-item text for standard Task TS00008267 then first you will have to copy the standard task and make a custom task using transaction PFTC_COP.
after copying the standard task into a new custom task, you can edit the workitem text in the new custom task as required and then use this custom task in your user decision step in place of TS00008267.
you should never make changes to any standard task.

You need to copy the standard task.
Goto PFAC transaction and give the new task into which you have copied the standard one.
Change the task text as per your requirement and use the task in your workflow.

Don't change the workitem text in the std. Task.
Copy the Task and follow the below steps,
1) goto PFTC and give your copied task, Then open in change mode
2) in "Basic Data" Tab in Work item text give your description

You habe to make a copy of the Standard task. Then open the new task and In that change the variable and the text.
