How to change the wortem text for Task TS00008267 in workflow

Hi,

Can you please help me in changing wortem text for Task TS00008267 in workflow.

This is task is standard for User decision.I want to add my own text and insert my own variables.

Hello Chetan.

There are altogether two options,

1. Go to Transaction SWDD (Workflow builder), Create task option in the activity step in the task option of workflow itself.

(When you click on the task dropdown, There is a create option)

2. Go to transaction PFTC to create new task for your workflow.

In Addition, when you create or when you modify your existing task number "TS0008267",

Navigate to Window after Basic data called "Description".

You need to maintain the texts here.

3. Use transaction PFTC_COPY or simply copy in PFTC standard task to your custom one or create a new task as suggested above.

Recommended to use a new task number or create a copy.

Hi Chetan,

Copy the standard task TS00008267 and make the necessary changes and use that in your workflow as per requirement... But do not try to change the standard task TS00008267.... Coz other User decisions will

get reflected where this had been used..
