SAP Router Window server has been crashed

Hi SAP Guru's

My sap router was running on window server and SAP was able to login on it but due to some problem window server has been crashed .

I just want to confirm that again I need to fill/submit remote data sheet form to sap or only need to download saprouter car file and configure on new server.

If you configure as a fresh then this is better for you other wise you will get the error messages.

In this case you can raise customer message in component "XX-SER-NET".

SAP will let you know the locations for sapcrypto software and to exchange the SNC certificate.

you just require to download the saprouter from sap and place message to (component XX-SER-NET-OSS-NEW)specifying new saprouter server name and public IP address associated to this new server
