To create RFC destination use transaction SM59.

Ports can be created using WE21. Again create ports in both the systems. For more info refer:

HI,

RFC destination(SM59), this configuration generally helpful to reach target system. In this window need to configure receiver system parameters. Before this we need to do two configuration we need to configure logical system(bd54) and assign logical system to client(scc4)

Visual Administrator, this configuration generally helpful to configure & upload digital certificates for authentication purpose.
