Creation of Material Type

Hi

Can we create a material type for raw material where the Sales view will be activated.

Standard SAP Recommends to Use Copy Functionality always Whenever you Create New Material Type.

Copying any Raw Material Type you Can Create a New Material Type and Just add the Sales Views in User Departments Tab and Save.

It can be done coz its just a name and can be changed at any time...

Only as per industry reqts its been defined so...

use OMS2

here copy the material type for raw ROH

then here only u can add sales views

for ur existing material type also u can extend views of sales

Hi,

You can activate Sales view for Raw Material Type (ROH) in OMS2 or you can copy it to ZROH and activate sales view for ZROH.
