How to post a pointer to a thread in another forum area

Hello

I have a question that i feel could be answered by users from

Business Objects Enterprise Administration

AND

Universe Designer and Business Views Designer

forums.

Lets say I post the initial thread in Universe Designer and Business Views Designer, is there a way for me to post a pointer or link to that thread in Business Objects Enterprise Administration forum?

you could always say that the same topic is discussed in a different forum under that link.

and point to your other thread like this

I cant seem to get the full link to appear

When i am in a topic i can only see https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/forums in the address bar in IE, i do not have the remainder of the link to the actual thread

Can you see the full link to a thread in your address bar?
