Hi Muna,
As Vasu said, the best tool to use here is the DTW.
The DTW is included with every patch under the packages folder.
In addition to the materials Vasu provided, you can also use the following resources:
There is an excellent DTW elearning flashbooks course available for everyone on SAPNet. It is based on DTW Version 2005 and goes through everything you need to know about the DTW.
You can access it using the following link:
https://service.sap.com/smb -> Education -> Role-Based Training - Advanced Consultant Training -> Elearning - Certification Curriculum 2005
There are also some Expert Empowerment Sessions that will help you. You can find the archived session in the link below:
https://service.sap.com/smb/sbo -> Eductation -> Click Expert Empowerment Sessions on the Right of the screen.
The one you should consult is under AddOns and is called 05.09.2006 - DTW
I hope this information is useful to you,
Regards,
Niall

Muna,
You can also develop an add-on to "synchronize" the both databases.

Muna,
Plz search for DTW and use DTW to transfer the data. Please search in the SAP Business One Foroums instead of SDK, u'll get many samples and useful links there..
Check this link

Click on the following link in the page
ADD-ONs - for DTW, XL Reporter, all SAP Add-Ons
You have Webex recorded Presentaions and PDFs
Check this link which would be of great help for beginers to work with DTW:

Hope it helps,
