How to dubug application in web dynpro perspective? Please tell me procedure step by step.

Its same as normal ABAP. Just put a breakpoint and in se80 where ever you want to debuga nd run the application.
Do note that you must set an external breakpoint
(the one with the stop sign and the little man)

you have to put external break point where ever you want.
check whether external break point is active or not.
