Error in tx kok3 when creating reports

Hello everyone

Executing tx KOK3 I get a list of the Internal Orders. Then I select some of them and try to follow the menu : Environment-Report . At that point I select one of the proposed Reports and these messages appear:u201DInternal error ocurred, code 2. Message no. KN 026

Diagnosis

An internal error occurred which means that you cannot process the data further.

Procedure

Please inform your system administrator or contact the SAP hotline with

details of the message. u201C

I will apprecciate any suggestion

In this case look at note 331700, it describes your problem.

Tahkyou very much Eli, but I am not sure about that solution. Actually, I can get all the reports that I need through the Information System, therefore I think is not a question of importing Reports from the client 000 as is suggested in the OSS Note

I have followed all the instructions of the Note, but still having the same error message

I will keep looking for a solution
