hi,

i created new order type for rework (ZRWK)

i deleted bom applcation pp01 in order dependent parameters for ZRWK order type (OPL8).

now i created production order in co01 in ZRWK order type

system showing error::

No routing application is defined for order type ZRWK in plant 1000

Message no. CO109

Diagnosis

To create a production order, you first have to maintain an application for selecting bills of material.

Procedure

Go into Customizing and maintain an application for order type ZRWK in plant 1000

how to solve this.???

Hi,

In order type dependent parameters under BOM applications PP01. If you is field blank. BOM will not selected

In OPL 8 you need to maintain the routing selection and selection ID with task list type.

Hi,

You can do by selecting Routing Selection = 8 in planning tab page in OPL8

Dear Prakash,

Check in T code OPL8 - for the particular order type - check whether application field is filled with P -

Rotuings,if not enter and save and then try creating a production order.

Check & revert back.

Dear Prakash,

check the configuration settings in OPL8 under Routing Tab like routing selection, task List type, and then

check once the status of the routing/reference operation set and try once again.

Check & Revert back.

hi

my client product is GEAR - so i created a new production order type (ZGER).

when i created a production order for my FERT(GEAR) in ZGER order type. system takes bom and routing which is maintained.

after we made confirmation. now my fert in FG store.

after quality inspection. if they need rework

they send to rework storage location for rework.

now production person has to create ZRWK production order. and he has to assign that components and operation manually(what he want).

this is my requirement.

so i created ZRWK for rework order

when i create in co01

sys shows error

how to create Rework (ZRWK) production order by assigning component and operation manually???System error:

Dear Prakash,

Dont mention any value under Production version selection,

Routing selection value let it be 4 - routing/Ref.Operation set Option - manual selection and in BOM

application let it no BOM provided if you have created such an application.

So in this case you can add manually the components.

Check & erevrt back still if you face any problem.

i changed rotuing application into - 4 Manual selection

and BOM application - Empty

in OPL8

now create co01 for ZRWK. system shows routing no in pop screen .

if i cancel it or if select that rotuing no.

system exit the screen co01..

Dear Prakash,

Provide me these details,

1.Component's has to be added manually?

2.Whether are you going to use some reference operation set as a routing for this order type?Which

means whether automatically that reference operation set has to be picked?

Let's assume that you are going to use only reference operation set for this order type,so you have to

assign or create a new selection id with these values,say

SelID SelPr Type Usage Description Stat Description of the status

RR 01 S 1 Production 4 Released (general)

So in OPL8,check with task list type as S - Reference operation set,Routing Selection - 4,selection id is

RR.So likewise if you assign someother selection id say as per its settings,priority the system will work.

Say for selection ID 1 and routing selection is 4,first priority will be given to routing,the system first checks

whether a routing exists for that product or else it proposes for a reference operation set as it has the 2nd

priority.

Likewise change as per your requirement and check.

i understand about ref operation set. but we cant predefined the machine and operation as ref operation set. so they want to enter in production order itself. at that time only they knows howmany operation and operation at which machine for rework.

so we have to give operation sheet and bom details as blank for to enter manually.,.

is it possible????

Dear Prakash,

You can define default operation in T code OPJG for an order Type and in BOM application if it's empty or if

you have assigned BOM Application as no BOM(which you have configured in T code OS30) then while

creating the production order the default operation will get picked and if required you can edit the

operations and also assign BOM Components.

Please check & confirm.
