How to add ECS and SECS values to ARE-1 and ARE-3 Forms.

We are using ECC 6.0 and patch level is 10.

Best Regards

Hi Sri,

You do not need to add ECS & SECS in ARE forms, it is already there in the ARE docs. So if you please elaborate your problem a bit more clearly then probably we'll be able to help you.

Hi Antima,

In print preview of ARE1 and ARE3 , I am not in a position to see the ECS and SECS values. It is only displaying BED Value.

This is the issue.

Hi Sri,

Are these values coming in transaction? If yes then ask your ABAPer to do the required changes in SAP Script.

Also check whether it is picking the Base Value in ARE docs.

You need to apply OSS note 1061105 - Addition of SECS for ARE1 report layout.

This is a typical problem in ARE-1. It displaysonly the BED value by default in the duty column. In some cases it also displays the duty column under the invoice no and invoice number under the duty. This is becasue of the sapscript. The fields need to be mapped correclty. Ask your abapper to mapp all the three values so that they display individually under the duty column and the rebate calmed as a total of the three if applicable ofcourse.
