when i try to perorm appraisals in training that is like to appraise the event or attendee,it is displaying the error like"to do list is empty",what does it mean,is ir asking about the attendees.
thanks for your response ,here i want to appraise on both sides,as when appraising business event,it has to be on instructor and other aspects,but as in the case of attendee appraisal is on his proficiency levels after training.
i also want to know how wwe can plan budget for training ,is there any standard way for this.
