Mass entry on CAT2

Hello,

Sometime we get situation where EE is not able to enter their working time coz they are in some critical areas where they are able to enter or talk to their administrator.

So is there any utility program like fast entry which will allow payroll department to enter their time in mass and apporve it.

Hi

To maintain working times Tcode CAT2 can be used. for approving the time sheet Tcode CATS_APPR_LITE.

But remember payroll people should have roles for this. otherwise they cannot approve.

I know CAT2 to enter time but how can i enter time for more than 100 EE's at once as 8hrs a day?

Hi you can use cats classic cross application-> time sheet-> CATS classic you can use data entry profile as multiple entries

You can use BAPI BAPI_CATIMESHEETMGR_INSERT instead.
