bi iview not updating

Hi All,

I created a basic BI 7.0 iView. (the web template was generated by WAD)

It is displayed without any error.

Now I made a small change using WAD in the text in the same web template and the published it.

I do not see the changes reflected in the bi iView. Can anyone explain why?

what should I do to get the updated information in the iview.

In the iview properties, I tried all the options for cache but still have the same problem.

Any help is appreciated.

Hi MS,

Go to System Administration -> Support -> Portal Content Directory -> Pcd Administration. There you will find a Release Cache button. Click on it. That will clear the Pcd Cache

(OR )

Select "Internet Options" from the Tools menu. You should be looking at the 'General' tab page.

To clear browser's cache:

Click on the 'Delete Files' button. A popup window should appear.

Check the 'delete all offline content' button.

Click 'OK'. This may take some time to complete.

To clear any stored cookies:

Click the 'Delete Cookies' button. A popup window should appear.

Click 'OK'.

Close all open Internet Explorer windows.

Restart your portal and try again

otherwise create a new iview based upon that template
