The SRM system creates service entry entries for line item 1 & 2 in backend system with default qty 1 even though the qty in confirmation is 0 in SRM & last delivery tick.
The issue in detail
Service Purchase order 4100007564 with 3 line items each with £100 value & qty 1
Confirmation # 23723 has Line item 1 & 2 Selected, each £100 value & qty 1
Backend GR & Service Entry sheet created for the same.
Confirmation # 23724 has Line item 1,2 as qty 0 & Value £100 and Line item 3 has qty 1 & Value £100 Plus all the line items have Last Delivery Tick.
In Backend the system creates entries in service entry sheet /GR for line item 1 & 2 as qty 1 though in SRM system the qty was 0.
