Purchase Orders

Hello Gurus

In T code MD06 is there any way we can see Purchase orders which are late. While executing MD06 I am checking the Option no 7 under the exception group TAB , which is "Schedule dates in the past" but its not showing me orders which are late. For example I have a material for which was due in July but it never has never shown up as being late.

Or Is there any Way in SAP we can check the list of orders which are late.

I would really appreciate if any one could advise me some solution to this.

You can run ME2M report

Use WE101 as selection parameter

Enter todays date in delivery date field, keep the cursor there and press F2 and select smaller sign.

Execute to see all open orders with a delivery date smaller than today.

when you go to the MRP list screen after executing MD06

hit the find button from top and select the tab Find MRP element

here select the Purchase order line and enter the date from and to

system will give your the list

generally the To date will be today's date and from date can be any from the past.

Thanks for the reply.

I tried MD06, Executed the same way you asked to , But the system is generating a message NO VALUES FOUND. But when I am checking ME2N its showing me the List Of purchase orders which are still open.

I am following these steps in MD06

Entering PLANT

MRP controller

Under exception Group-

Checking option 4- New,scheduled dates in past

checking option 7-scheduled dates in past

Then in The " Find " Tab selecting MRP Element

then selecting "ORDER". entering date- 04/06-04/09

Please tell me if I am doing something wrong because system is generating message"No further Elements were

selected for search"

no in MD06 you just enter the plant and MRP group than execute

not MRP list screen just hit the find button

here you will see the the popup

hit yes

than you will see another popup screen

here select the Find MRP elements tab

and enter the date from and to and select the POline than click on find MRP element from bottom

I tried it again by just entering Plant & MRP controller in MD06 ( MRP list : Intial screen)collective access.

Then selected the parameters as you suggested but still the system says no values found. But one thing I did different. In MRP element TAB I am selecting PO item because there is no such thing as PO over there. The other options available are: Plannd order, order & the one I am selecting PO item. Can this make a difference?

Try and if it is not give you the solution you are looking than go to ME2N and use this one.
