Central Config Mgr services password change issue - Help please!

We have BOE installed on W2K3 servers with the application clustered only, not through the OS.

We recently changed passwords on our services, but I'm experiencing a problem when trying to update them. I started with the secondary server and modified all Central Confi Mgr services to use that account and password. I tried to restart them, and only a few are restarting, the others say they are failing due to password login failure.

Do I need to modify the primary server CCM services to have this password first? Thanks in advance!!

To clarify a bit more, these are the services which started fine:

Apache

Connection server

Crystal Reports Cache server

CR Job server

CR Page server

Deski Cache server

These are the ones which stated there is no start due to login failure; it seems they are tied more to the primary:

CMS

Deski Job server

Deski Report server

Destination Job server

Event server

Input File Repository server

LOV Job server

Output File Repository server

Program Job server

Report Application server

Webi Job server

Webi Report server

Hi Julie,

Are these BOE services on the same server? If yes, I would confirm there isn't typo when changing the username and password in the CCM.
