Can I give two file names in the target Directory of the File Receiver.
Hi,
Can you tell us the exact requirement, why you need two file names in a communication channel.

HI..
Then u need to configure a seperate adapter for that..
U cannot give multiple names within a single adapter, we dont have such configurations to provide multiple names...

Hi Aprajita
You can't give two file name in receiver file adapter. Rather you can configure either Variable substitution(If your payload decides the target) or you can configure a multi receiver scenario.
In multi receiver scenario:
do multimapping in IR
add 2 receiver in Receiver determination
2 receiver communication channel
2 receiver agreement

Hi,
Directly you can not gave 2 different file names in the receiver. But according to your payload you can
able to create file name and directory applying "Variable Substitution" method .

>>Can I give two different directory each with different one file name on the Receiver side
No... you cant...
In the sender file adapter it is polling for the file in multiple directories...
If your requirement is to post the file created by XI in multiple directories you can use the OS command to do the same..
Refer the blog By Michal Krawczyk
Case1 of this blog is all about copying the same file to multiple location using OS command...
Thanks

No Aprajita,
That is not possible. But you can use * and other place holders instead.
Thanks and Regards,
Sanjeev.
