Using ISRs via ITS

Hello All,

We have an issue where we are using Internal Service Requests via ITS. We can create the ISR, some characteristics and generate a new ITS service without errors.

However when we call the service from a browser using the following address (where ztst is the service and scenario name) <protocol>//<its server:port>/scripts/wgate/ztst/!?okCode=CREATE&scenario=ztst we get an error "Model ISR_ztst is not available".

I've looked on SDN and OSS but nothing is evident. We are on 4.6c patch 51.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Rob,

This is a very very old message but were you able to solve this, I am also facing the same problem.
