Held document must be converted

Hi Gurs

I was trying to post hold document ,the system shows one error ( Error : Held Document must be converted ) pls can anybody help me what is the problem ?

Hallo guys,

Is it necessary to convert HELD doc's at end of every period before period close, or only at FY-end?

Hi,

Goto Tcode :FB11, give your user name

and go to menu path Document-display after that

Click on document list

now give company code , fiscal year and document type

and try ..

Hi Bala,

Got to SE38, execute the program RFTMPBLD

and now again execute RFTMPBLU.

You will be able to post the held document now..
