Hi
A quick question, is it possible to change the PR item category from 'D' (service) to <blank> even after the PR has been released.
If so, any steps that I need to follow ?
This is because once the PR item category has been filled up, the field is then disabled or greyed out.
Any input is greatly appreciated.

it is not possible
what u can do is select that item and delet it
then add new item in same pr ,so the pr no also willl not change

Once Purchase Requisition Line Item is Created with any Account assignment It is not Possible to Change in ME52N or After Release.
The Only Way is Delete the Line item and Create New one.

No this is not possible .Better to delete line item then create New Line item with blank item catergory for same PR
