You shall obviously update J2ee to SP14 first. Then simply apply the ADS SP14 update following SAP instructions.
If you are using MSSQL DB you may run into a memory issue while deploying ADS. If you run into this issue look at my thread.
BTW You shall also consider upgrading directly to SP15 your whole stack.
Once upgraded don't forget giving a functional check to your existing forms.
