Sync key XXXX already exists in the replication DB for mobile ID XXXXX

Hello Experts,

I have encountered the following error in the Middleware monitor

"Sync key XXXXX already exists in the replication DB for mobile ID XXXXX"

This is an Inbound error in a SyncBO which contains Notification data.

Would you please clarify the roor cause of this error?

And what could be done to resolve this?

Hi,

The local synckey generated by the client application is already available in the Middleware. I guess this would have occured in during creation of a object itself or the adding of an item.

Just ensure that the only unique keys are generated.

first a question. Is it MAM or your own ap and if it is MAM, have you enhanced it?

Secondly: could you explain what you are doing, then it is more easy to clarify the root cause of your problem.
