HR integration: send the formatted name to CRM

Hello,

We use HR integration for employee data replication (from ECC 6.0 --> CRM 2007). What we want to achieve is that the formatted name (P0001-ENAME) is send to CRM. When transferring the HR master data, I can see the formatted name in the idoc - field E1P0001-ENAME.

However, in CRM I would expect that this is copied to field BUT000-NAME1_TEXT. However, this remains blank.

Any ideas how to solve this?

hI ,

There is intermediate mapping structure created for mapping data from IDOC segments to CP and further from CP to BP.

please check these two report programs

SAPLHRALX_INTEGRATION_PERSON

SAPLHRALX_BUPA_INTERFACE

in these two report programs there are subroutines which ctully move data from E1P0000, E1P0001 segments to corresponding fields in BP.
