Hi All,
I have 4 yr System admin Exp. on Windows
I want to switch on SAP BASIS.
SAP Implementation is going on in my organisation .Here I am IT Head.
Please Guide me what to do to be a successful basis guy.
could u please forward ECC6.0 installation guide.

To be a good basis guy... you need a very strong techinical background.... so its good that you're coming from the IT world.
Read a lot... book a couple of basic courses like SAPTEC, ADM100, etc... that will give you a good start.
Theres a lot of good books released by SAP press that can help you expand your knowledge.
