Automatic Creation of Primary & secondary cost element

Define Standard Hierarchy

Define Origin Group

Define Costing Sheet

Cost Component Structure

Define Costing Varient

Display Line item : Intial Screen

Controlling is NOT simple rather complex enough to warrant expert accounting knowledge.

Further if you have access to the SAP system, you can browse the config menu (Tcode SPRO) for controlling which is in chronological order.

To start with you may look the following:

General Controlling,

Cost Element Accounting

Cost Centre Accounting and finally since you are interested in PCA

Profit Centre Accounting.
