Trading goods are always procured externally and then sold. A material master record of this material type can contain purchasing and sales data.
For Raw Materials will have Purchasing Views
For Semi Finished Materials will have Purchasing Views / Sales Views

Hi
Goods are finished goods which are manufactured by using Raw Materials where as Trading Goods are bought and sold without any manufacturing activity.

Hi,
In normal goods(raw or finished) you will be having purchasing and sales view only respectively.
while in trading goods- you will be having both purchasing and sales view.
finished good is manufactured by company from raw materials which it procures.whereas, trading goods are procured to be sold later.
