PM: Capacity availability for Maintenance

Hi,

I have an PM Equipment which undergo Time based preventive maintenance on monthly cycle. The same equipment is also used for production operation.

I want to see the capacity load coming from maintenance order in CM01.

I have maintained production work center reference in equipment master. Also system condition (0 - not in operation, 1- in operation) is maintained in task list.

I can't see the maintenance load on production work center.

hi

pl check in equipemtn master, in location tab have you defined production work centre? and in organization tab the PM work centre.

and check your PM work centre and production work centre capacity details tick for relevent to finite scheduling,long term planning,

check wether youhave defined the formulea in work centre and activity types.

chek the operation hours are entered or not

in pm order system condition should be "not in operation".

pl check all

when you creted the PM order and prodcution order?

what is teh start date and end date?

have you creted production order also?

check in CM21 and CM22 or CM50.

create a new production and maintenace order and check.
