problem in alert monitoring

hi ,

in rz20 under CCMS monitoring templates which i double click on the MTE ,

sometimes the tree structure is dipslyed correctly .

but sometimes the tree structure is not getting displayed , when i exit the transaction and enter again , it is again getting displayed .

have anybody faced with such type of issue .

also i need one more info ,

will SAP charge any amount for the questions we ask them through service market place ?

is ther any limitation to number of questions we post to SAP ?

Hi,

Answer to your second Question:

SAP don't charge fot any OSS message we create to answer our queries. It's a part of

the SLA(Service Level Agreement) under the maintainance contract.

So go ahead and create message under the relevant component with clarity of your doubt and stating other details of the system.
