Hi akhil,

What do you have to map the matnr field with?

if the sender message type is as you have suggested, you can map the desired filed with the matnr filed in the IDOC.

But donyt forget to map the mandatory fields in the IDOC to constants and map the main nodes of the idoc

(those above the matnr node) to the main nodes in the source messgae or the messgae will not be created on the reciver side. if asked apply use the existing node functions to manipulate data.

test the mapping in the test tab in messgae mapping.

If you colud provide more details, I could help in a better way, your question is very vague .

Award points if useful

Many thanks.
