Unable to get alerts in QA

Hi Experts,

I have transported an alert category from Development to QA server. i also Defined arule for the same. Still i am not able to get the alerts in the quality QA server.

Please suggest someting that is helpful.

I Retransported the alert category and it worked.

Check the users in Fixed recepient

and the Alert rule in alert configuration.

The USER exists in the fixed recepients of the alert category.

Check whether the same user for which you have configured in dev exists in QA as well.

The users exist in that particular alert category and also the same useer exist in both DEV and QA.
