How to setup an Express delivery company as Service Agent in the system?

Plase let me know how an express delivery company to be entered into the system as an service agent?

Dear Hoolaa,

You can get this requirement through partner determination procedure.

Go to this IMG path

SPRO-->IMG >Sales and Distribution>Basic functions>Partner determination>Setup partner determination

Here you first define the new Partner function for Express delivery service agent with the partner type LI (Vendor).

You assign that partner function to the partner determination procedures (Customer,sales header ,sales item ,delivery ,Billing header and billing item)and your account groups.

You create master data for that partner in XK01 transaction assign this number in the customer master partner functions tab or at sales order level or at delivery level where ever you want.
