Downloading of files from this site

Hi,

I am trying to find how to download the Merge Modules for Crystal Reports with Visual Studio. I have found a number of links on this site but none of them work as they all end up going back to

http://support.businessobjects.com/support

I have created an account and logged in as I thought this was the problem but alas it is not. Do they actually allow downloading of these files?
