How to configure RFC receiver adapter

HI,

I have a Proxy-to-RFC scenario. But I have no knowledge in RFC receiver adapter. Could you please provide me the step-by-step guideline or sample about how to configure RFC receiver adapter.

Hi johnney,

Adapter type : RFC

Transport Protocol : RFC

Message Protocol : RFC (RFC XML)

Adapter Engine : IE

Message Server Service : Service of the SAP system

System ID : System ID of the SAP system.

System Number : System number of the SAP system

Logon Group : logon group of the message server

Application Server : Host name of the SAP system

Maximum Connections :maximum of 50.

Hi,

Step 1: Create RFC destination of Type 3 to ECC in XI

Step2: Import u r RFC in IR do the mapping

Step3:In ID

Select Receiver RFC adapter.

Application Server : Server name of ECC( Receiver)

System Number : Sys no of ECC system

Logon User , Password,Language,Client --ECC System Info.

Dear Johnney ,

For RFC receiver adapter configurations,first u need to create RFC destination using transaction code SM59. In Receiver Adapter configurations, specify the application server IP address, System Number, Logon ID,password,Logon Language,Logon Client.
