incompleteness procedure and incompleteness procedure BADI

Hi every,

May I have some information reg incompleteness procedure and incompleteness BADI.

I require to maintain incompleteness for subject in service ticket i.e for multilevel categorization.

That is the first 4 levels of categorisation should be made mandatory.

Any help is rewarded.

did you check the configuration of the incompleteness check in Customizing? This is in the Implementation Guide,

Thank you for the response.

I have done that but found that there is no field for subject in the incompleteness procedure.So only mensioned reg BADI information.

Any Idea would be apreciated.
