File/View/ Edit Menu Missing in Crystal Report OEM Version XI. Unable to access with short cut keys. Shows the menu when program starts, lose the menu when I open any reports (even samples)
IF they are an OEM partner they do the front line support. DO NOT take no for an answer. If they insist find out who their Account Manager is and ask that they confirm who supports OEM products. If they can't fix the problem they'll contact SAP Support to assist them and help resolve your issue.

Is this happening on other machines or specifically yours? If this is an OEM build of Crystal Reports, you may need to contact the vendor that ships that version Crystal Reports.
