Unable to save tasks in Issue Management within Solution Manager.

Hello,

We have configured Service Desk, which is working fine. The Issue Management is working fine. But when we are in the issue management an try to create the task the save fails with error "Unable to save CRM transaction 00000000355". There are no logs or help available to give further information.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Wolfi,

We are having the same problem as you describe below ref. saving a Task within an Issue - did you ever solve this problem? Would greatly appreciate any help on this area.

Hello Julie,

We haven't been able to solve our problem yet. I wonder if anyone else has come accross this problem in Issue Management.

When we have a solution we will post it to this thread.

This looks like incomplete CRM customizing. Please create a ticket on the Support Portal on component SV-SMG-ISM.

What do you mean with 'when we are in the issue management an try to create the task the save fails'? Are you trying to save the Support Message?

Hello Roel,

It's not within service desk. It is the issue management. Goto Issue Management tab and create an issue, when issue is saved goto recommended Tasks tab and create the task.
