Hello gurus,
we would like to have a standard text copied into the header text of every new PO.
I heard this should be possible using copying control, but I do not know how. Any ideas?
Thank you
Alicia
In IMG > MM > purchasing > Messages > Text for messages > define texts for purchase order ...
Document Printout: Purchase Order > Texts for document header
There you can enter the name of a standard text.
This way the standard text defined in SO10 will always print on POs with this purchasing document type.
(if there is no standard text, then nothing will print)

Ok, I take it this is not possible.
Thanks anyway

Hi Jürgen,
thank you for your answer! But I would like the users to be able to change the text before printing.
It would be great if there was a way to automatically copy the text into the header text field in the PO (me21n) as a default and then let the users change it if necessary.
Thanks again
Alicia
