Extract Organizational chart

my customer needs to extract organisational chart in power point-word-excel.

can anyone inform me if there is such a possibility and how it can be done?

Hi Nantia/Hema,

Can you check transaction PPOS, select the Org. unit then structural graphics.

As Anirudha said, SAP doesn't provides a soft way to export this data. I've also used a 3rd party software to export org data. Somebody also wrote a "Z" transaction to be able to download to MS Visio, but still was a hard task.

Extraction of the org chart into wprd / excel / powerpoint is almost a near-to-impossible task using the standard download tools and org charting tool in SAP HR.

We are using a 3rd party software called Orgplus for enabling easy viewing and download features.
