MIGO Screen text field not stored into Table

Hi anybody,

I got the problem when entering text in MIGO Screen or MB1A ,MB1B ,MB1C Screen not stored in MSEG Table. When I post Material document after I using MB03 is not show texts field.

What is problem? anybody please give me solution of this issue.

Hi,

I assumed that the field that you referred to is Item text - GOITEM-SGTXT.

This is normally caused due to incorrect coding in the user exit EXIT_SAPMM07M_001. If you are using this user exit please ensure that the segment text is correctly passed back to the calling

program. You can refer to SAP note 133161 for sample of the coding

Please check if the customer exit EXIT_SAPMM07M_001 is activated.

If you don't need or use the exit I suggest you de-activate it.

Hi,

If you are unable to enter the text during the transaction, then refer to OMBW settings for the movement type. If you are entering and still its not appearing in the document, pl refer to the thread link given by Jurgen.

Texts field stores mSEG-SGTXT .If you want to check use ITEM DETAIL" after entering MB03 Material doc.

Please follow below path.

SPRO - Materials Management - Inventory Management and Physical Inventory - Goods Receipt - Define Screen Layout.

Select Mov. Type 501.

Here you can field status.

Are you entering the text at header level or item level.. what is the movement type you are using?

Hi Merwyn,

I am using Item Text MSEG-SGTXT field in MIGO Screen. The movement type is 101,501 etc..
