How to delete Project/WBS

Hi All,

I need to delete project definition that already exist. What should i do?

Dear,

Enter CJ20N,

Select your project, go in change mode.

Then select your WBS element, which you want to delete.

Then right click on WBS element, Here you can see option for delete just click on delete.

It is possible you have no authorization.

also note that the project or WBS must not have been released with postings - if this is the case then you should set deletion indicator via the status function

Hi,

Project defiitin cannot be deleated. Once it is stored in database, its not possible.

Hi Nies

Open your project in CJ20N-Project builder, select your project definition. Go to Edit>status>Deletion flag>set

Then "Right click" on the project definition and select delete.

Hi.

I already release the project ..for example the project name is ABCD....i would like to delete and create new one with the same name?

What the best method to delete it then create new one with the same ABCD...
