text determination problem

Hai,

we are having problem with text determination.

we are creating the quotation and it has 20 text ids, there we are entering the header text.

then we are creating the sales order with ref to quotation.

here the text is not populating well.

only one text is populating in all the text ids.

the same with the delivery also.

so tell me how to check the problem and solve it.

please kindly explain..

Dear SD Forum,

Check whether any updated tables were moved to Production recently.

Check the tables : TTXZ, TTXZI and TTXS.

access sequence problem , we maintained the same accesss sequence number for all the texts so this created the problem. so then we maintained it differently

Dear SD beginer,

You can get this requirement through maintaining the access sequence settings through VOTXN transaction.

Here you migh have define two different text procedures for quotation and sales order amI right !!

Go to sales order text procedure ,check the text ID's in that procedure and go to access sequence of that text procedure main the access sequences for the all text ID's with the Text object as VBBK table.

Assign the access sequence to the Text ID's

Same way you in the delivery Text procedure also.

Now you will be able to get the quotation text in the sales order and delivery document.
