SAP to File scenarios

hello

I am thinking of making a scenario from SAP (RFC, IDOC, PROXY) to file (txt, XML).

can I make the scenario synchronic? (no matter which SAP I use or which file will be in the out put).

appreciate if you have links to the following scenarios:

RFC2FILE(XML FILE)

RFC2FILE(TXT file)

Idoc2File(XML FILE)

Idoc2File(TXT file)

proxy2file(txt file)

proxy2file(xml file)

Thanks

Kfir
