jdbc scenario

while doing jdbc scenario is it enough to make configuration settings or we have to do deploy jdbc driver if so how to deploy jdbc driver

yes install driver is a must, without that your JDBC adaptor is in gray mode.

just ask your basis guys about the database you want to use and they will find the appropriate driver for that database and install.
