Hello Experts,
I closed few Delivery orders accidently, I went to the back end and changed the status of document in ODLN table to OPEN 'O'. I also changed the (rowstatus) status in DLN1 table to OPEN i.e. 'O'.
The DOs shifted back to open status and started coming in open item list and also available for returns i.e. "Copy to Returns" option.
When I copy it in Returns it does not copy the Quantity but diaplays all other info like item code, .... etc ...
if I put the same quatity as on DO, in return document, it says "Quatity can't be greater then Deliverd quantity".
is there any way I can make open and make a Return document on it ... ?
