Hi Douglas,
The easiest thing to do is create a Dictionary DC and then create a Web Dynpro DC. Then add the dictionary DC as a used DC in the Web Dynpro. You can do all of this without using the JDI. Just add a project reference in the WD to the Dictionary project. You need to create a public part in your dictionary project to expose the objects too.
